What dates does the festival cover?

Check in and the first day of the festival is April 21st 2017. Check out is on the morning of April 24th 2017

What time can I check in?

Check in and registration to get your festival wristband is from 4pm on Friday 21st April 2017

What is the nature of the accommodation?

All accommodation is in self-catering apartments. These are capable of accommodating 2, 4, 5, 6 or 7 people and all have their own shower or bath and their own kitchen.

Please note that all 2 berth studio apartments are offered with a double bed only. All other apartments are offered with single beds.

Can I choose my apartment number or location?

No. Apartments are located according to the size of your group. When booking for the festival, your group leader will state how many of you there are and pay for that number. Our system will then allocate the correct size apartment for your group.

Are there any extra costs?

Some apartments come with unlimited electricity usage included. Others the electricity needs to be supplied by the purchase of a card for a small cost. You will be advised if this applies when you check in. Also if you wish to purchase park bedding (sheets and pillow case) you can at a small cost; it is then yours to keep. Alternatively you can bring your own bedding or sleeping bag. All sleeping accommodation is in beds or sofa beds.

You are also required to bring your own towels, or if you forget, they are available from the Nisa supermarket on site.

How do I or my group pay for our festival tickets?

Just go through our website’s checkout process and you will be guided through to the payment screens. You may pay by any one of a number of credit and debit cards. These will then be processed by Stripe, our online payment provider.

Will I receive any confirmation of my purchase?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email for any purchase that you make.

Can I amend my booking or the names of my party at any point?

Yes you may. Other party members can initially be left blank, for instance if you are unsure which friends will join you. These names/ details can then be added by yourself anytime between booking and the event itself.

Is there parking on site?

Yes there is, and it is free for the duration of the festival

Can I buy food on site?

Yes, there will be a number of beautiful fresh craft food producers and sellers in the marketplace. There is also a small supermarket and fast food outlet onsite.

Do you have accommodation for disabled people?

Yes, there is disabled friendly accommodation with ramp access, subject to availability. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any access requirements.

All venue spaces and facilities on site are fully accessible.

Is the accommodation wheelchair friendly? 

The wheelchair friendly accommodation has ramp access, wider doors and wheel in showers with a Sani–seat. Everything within the apartment is at a lower level. Subject to availability, please let us know at the time of booking if you have any access requirements.

Are pets allowed?

Regrettably the park do not accept pets, with the exception of registered Guide Dogs/Assistance Dogs.

Is there 24 hour security? 

Yes, the park has a manned security gate 24 hours a day. If you have any emergencies please call the number on the back of your key. Additionally Safe as Milk will have security personnel and volunteer stewards on hand should you have any need of them.

Can I buy a ticket and attend the festival if I am under the age of 18?

Under 18s can attend the festival but must be supervised by a responsible adult (aged over 21) at all times. Parents and guardians assume responsibility at all times for minors on the Site who are attending with them.

Due to license conditions, under 18s must bring proof of age and/or a Student iD card (issued by NUS or ISIC only), or confirmation from their educational establishment prior to entry.

Will there be any day tickets available for the festival?

No, we are only offering weekend tickets for the event.

How much is the booking fee?

Safe as Milk work hard to minimise processing costs to all our festival goers. Our very modest booking fee represents only the amount we pay to process your payment and no more: 1.4% + 20p for European cards and 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards.

I have already bought a ticket and now I want to increase the size of my apartment. How do I do this?

Existing customers can now upsize their apartments to add more guests to their party. To upsize an existing order:

– Please login to your account at https://tickets.safeasmilkfestival.com/login using the email address and password you created when you placed your original order.

– Go to My Orders, click the order number of the ticket you want to upsize, then click the red ‘View upsizing options’ button.

– Select the size of the apartment you want to upsize to, then click the red ‘Review changes and pay’ button to checkout and pay for the additional attendees tickets.

– On successful payment you will receive a confirmation email for your new order.

Kindly note: it is not possible to downsize an existing order.
