We promised something special would be going on in our marketplace and we can now give you some details on just what we’ve been pulling together for you at Safe As Milk.

As you’d expect, there’ll be a mountain of merchandise from all the artists appearing over the weekend. But added to that cornucopia of vinyl and other delights, we’ve got an amazing array of pop-up record shops from labels including PAN, Blackest Ever Black, Ninja Tune, House Of Mythology, alt.vinyl, Milque & Muhle and more.

And if that doesn’t offer enough collection-expanding opportunities, we’ll also have Lathe Revival pressing a bespoke selection of exclusive platters and one-offs featuring artists appearing at the festival.

You’ll also be able to wade through the stunning screen-printed designs of UK Poster Art, offering bespoke designs for Safe As Milk and many of the artists appearing, and much more.

Strange Attractor have been “celebrating unpopular culture since 2001” and bring their singular offering of books and more to the festival, while GrassiArt offers unique collaged artworks for sale.

And we said you’d be well fed and watered at Safe As Milk and we know you’ll be more than satisfied with the fare on offer over the weekend: gourmet vegan food from Mother May I; “smokin’ flat iron steaks cooked over real charcoal and served with local Langoustine!!!” from Claw Hide Grill; Scream For Pizza and their specialist Neopolitan pizza served from a former French army ambulance; and specialist coffee and assorted pastries and treats from 200 DEGREES, who have also developed a very special Safe As Milk coffee blend for the festival.

And also as promised, we’ll have 3 very special Safe As Milk beers on sale courtesy of the local Conwy Brewery – a milk stout called Safe As Milk, our Clear Spot golden ale and a special American IPA, Lick My Decals Off, Baby.

We’re still adding more stalls and attractions to our marketplace but, as you can see, it’s already become quite a cornucopia of assorted pleasures and we expect it’ll be a big part of your enjoyment over the weekend. Stay tuned for more additions over the coming weeks.
